If you intend to send your own gifted collaboration contract, please make sure its terms align with those listed here. Otherwise, only the terms outlined in this document will be enforced.
Ad TERMS
Can we use the content for our own paid ads?
The content may obly be used in any paid advertisements, social media campaigns, or boosted posts approved by the Influencer or their legal representative. They must inlucde the following terms:
“@ashleymlands” must be listed in the first line of the sentence, and the handle must be hyperlinked.
Approved Examples:
“@ashleymlands shows off the new Kimora dress. New for fall 2024”
"@ashleymlands mbracing elegance with Dior's latest fragrance, ‘Essence de Luxe.’ A scent that captures the essence of sophistication in every spritz."

The short answer, Ashley loves the idea of continued collaboration, but it needs to be agreed upon prior to publications & mutually beneficial.
Continued Terms

The Company may repost the Instagram content created by the Influencer on its official Instagram account. AND/OR ACCEPT THE COLLABORATION REQUEST WHEN THE POST IS MADE.
NOTE: All posts created for a brand will contain a 'collaboration request' to allow the brand to be able to feature the post on the profile. -
Website Use: The content may not be used on the Company’s website or any other digital platforms unless additional written permission is granted and a fee is agreed upon.

Printed Materials: The content may not be used in any printed materials, including brochures, flyers, or posters.

Exclusivity
The Influencer agrees not to promote competing products for a period of one day following the publication of the agreed posts.

Content Approval
The Company reserves the right to review the content before it is posted. The Influencer agrees to make any reasonable edits requested by the Company before posting.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rome, Italy.

Deliverables
The Influencer agrees to create and post Instagram content featuring the products provided by the Company, in accordance with the terms detailed by both the brand and the Influencer.
Posts will be made on the Influencer’s Instagram account [@InstagramHandle] within 32 days of receiving the products.
The content will include any specific hashtags, tags, or product features required by the Company.

Compensation
The Influencer will receive the agreed-upon products as full compensation for the Instagram posts.
No monetary payment will be provided unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate written agreement.
